Hi I am Alyssa- I turned 1 year old April 3 and my Mommy helped me set up this page. She sure does love me! They tell me I am a very special baby. I was born with OCA-1A. Also know as albinism (I am a albino). I have the most beautiful white hair and lavender colored eyes. Mommy and Daddy say I am the most beautiful baby ever. It seems the rest of my family agrees with them! I like to play with my toys and I am learning to talk and I Crawled for the first time on Christmas Morning (My mommy said that was one of the best Christmas presents she ever got, she cried when I crawled to her). I am getting pretty good at walking now, although I am still a bit clumsy. I sure will be glad when I stop banging my head into things. Part of having Albinism is my depth perception is not very good but I am going to do my best to figure it all out and stop running into things. I will have mommy keep this updated as I grow up.
