Politics of Confession make musical sounds and we don't know what "genre" it is.

POC was formed by myself,Steph Hart (Steph.Dig It.).
I started it as an outlet for music/art/material that would not fit into my other band,Murder In My Sleep.
My current writing/performing partners are guitarist/songwriter Steve Rossiter and drummer Ryan Ham.

We're located in an intimate southern town. It's weird and welcoming but doesn't let you get TOO comfortable.
Just enough going on to keep things interesting.
This makes us happy-we always have things to write about.
Our music is electric or acoustic, minimalist or more-whatever,however.
On stage between songs we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we are definitely serious about what we're trying to do.

I would like POC to have many different sounds over time, based on many collaborations.
So I invite artists to contact me if you would like to make some more music with POC-no matter what type of sound**
There are no limits on how many different avenues this thing could take,so drop me a line if you would like to work together as well.

Check out my other band as well,Murder In My Sleep,my solo work on my "Steph. Dig It." page, and the noise collective 910 Noise, who I make noise with from time to time. As well as guitarist Keenen Altic of Murder In My Sleep, who sits in with POC from time to time. They are all on my friends list.
