I am a musician. I play the piano. I sing. I write songs and lyrics. I study jazz, early contemporary masters, and 60's rock. I read about musicians I like. I practice four hours a day on a grand piano most days. I sing while I drive and while I do my families dishes. I recorded an album that got good reviews and was played on a lot of radio stations. I've performed at a whole bunch of Denver dives and some Colorado Springs dives, and even in Pueblo. I currently play and sing at a ritzy Italian place every Friday. I teach piano... dot Dot DOT
I am a musician. I want my art to be right. I want it to please me. I have never felt like I have reached perfection, and I don't think I ever will. I will never stop trying to make my art better. Never.
I am a musician. My music is a large city in my head. There are different neighborhoods, built at different periods, reflective of different drummers, guitarists, bassists, producers, teachers, who have directed the construction of my music. My songs are houses that I sometimes visit. I'm building my own neighborhood now. I'm not asking for help. I'm not trying to please anyone but me.
I am a musician. I care about my own internal politics. My personal compass of right and wrong. Right is the work of composing and practicing. Wrong are the distractions. Money is needed to live. Publicity is needed to create money. That is the extent of my cares for money and fame.
I am a musician. Music is my blood. We don't choose whether our blood is purple or red, we just hope it keeps running through our veins.
I am a musician. Ten fingers, two vocal chords, and a couple of pounds of grey matter's worth.

Hey no worries, we all got gigs to play :) It's understandable.
I love your sound by the way. Your voice compliments the music incredibly well! Keep it up, and hopefully we'll see you live soon. Let us know if you are up in Denver.
We're playing our first show this year, with a new drummer, at the Rocket Room... this Thurs night. Playing with The Wellness from IN. They sound cool. If you or Chris or both get a chance to swing by...
Dropping by to wish you the best day ever and tomorrow do the same. If you have the means please give a couple of dollars to charity. Be it to fight Diabetes, Asthma, Cancer, Hunger, AIDS, or any other cause that touches your heart. I know of no better feeling than what you feel when you make another person’s day a little better. Bill

Just wanted to say that I've been listening to Planting Season for the last hour and you've made it a great day. I LOVE "Take Me Home" -- that's a favorite. You've got enormous talent. What were you going to graduate school for?
Your music is really amazing, you seriously have a great voice. I actually live out here in Colorado Springs, I fly between here and Cali alot and just leave it saying California. Are all these songs from Planting Season? I'll have to get the album. How's life in Denver though?
Come early and see us!!!! Peoples Fair that is!!! We will be around most of the day unless we get a gig for the afternoon but we don't usually!! Neil and I are looking forward to seeing you!!!! Miss E
