About me: I am a 40 year old personal trainer, personal chef and nutritional counsler from Dayton Ohio. I spend most of my time helping people learn how to live happier and healthier lives. It is my passion.
Working on my body is my favorite past time. I have recently taken up body building and am loving the discipline. My philosophy of life is "pretty hurts"...If you want to look good you gotta work hard. Its all worth it.
I am 5'8" 155lb at 5% body fat. My goal is to get up to 170 pounds while staying at my current percentage of body fat.
I love music...all types but especially techno, electroclash and any type of electronica. New wave and Glam rock are also favorites. I also write and record my own music in my home studio.
