changed their name to pop mechanix in 1980, changed singer, and released 3 singles,
moved to australia, lost a singer, lost the right to use their name in australia, released an album under the name Zoo (Cowboys and Engines), Returned to nz, reformed, regained singer, released ep, single, got banned from the charts, recorded with US big wig producer,(1988) ......... disbanded
Failsafe Records release a 5 cd set of their recorded work and live material in 2005. plans for a further 2 discs and a best of disc are imminent.
