Okay, on your X axis is going to be all of the Half-Life. You label those: t 1/2, 2t 1/2, 3t 1/2, Until you get up to 6t 1/2. For you're Y axis you label your log answers. Make sure your intergers are the right size, you don't want a huge graph :) and when you hit the negatives, don't worry about it. You don't need to graph those.
