Hell yeah, I saw the trailer, and review on TWITCH. com. Can't wait to see it, and a bow to you for knocking it out with little to work with. Stay focused, waiting for it to hit Chicago.

TERMINATRYX

May 8 2007 3:16 AM

Greetings Pop Skull!

(As you may or may not know), Paul & Sonja of TERMINATRYX are also the masterminds behind the annual South African HORROR FESTACULAR, incorporating more than just great movies, but also games, photography, music etc.

TERMINATRYX performed a live original soundtrack to the screening of Murnau’s 1922 classic Nosferatu at the 2006 Horror Fest – joined by special guest artists from LARK, K.O.B.U.S. and DAWN TREADER.

The 2007 HORROR FEST is currently being planned and hopefully this year it will expand beyond Cape Town to the Gauteng area. Anyone with feature films, short movies or music videos (with a horror angle) they’d like to feature at the only event of its kind in South Africa, do not hesitate to send ‘em in. The short film competition has both a South African and Foreign category. Contact us for more info.
Potential sponsors are also more than welcome to get in touch.

Paul is also now South African correspondent for FANGORIA Magazine - his first assignment was covering the production of Neil (The Descent) Marshall’s DOOMSDAY, which shot in Cape Town over March-April '07.
Expect several articles and perhaps even some interview clips for FANGORIA TV...

See you in the darkened theatre!

Thanks for the add, folks. The trailer looks *great* - I can't wait to see the film. It's awesome to see others working to show that intelligence, creativity, and a great _story_ are more important than budget. Thanks for making personal cinema and expanding the genre. Go indie-spirit. :)

I suggest that every comment should be a positve/negative quote about POPSKULL.

I'll start:

"Popskull is a once in a lifetime viewing experience along the lines of the best work of Altman and Herzog. What is created here, ladies and gentleman, is a film not only perplexing to mind, but to the loins of infants as well." - Darryl Merpaw (Jan. 28 2007)
