POPTIMES Magazine is an online magazine that caters to the Fil-Am music community.
It contains news, features and pictorials of all things Fil-Am music.
Since its pilot issue in February 2005, the eMagazine has become one of the most important resources online for people who are into the local Filipino-American music scene. The eMagazine is also responsible for bringing forth the hidden wealth of talents that populate our community via their monthly spotlight articles.
In May of 2006, Poptimes Magazine, due to its growing following, launched Poptimes Magazine Live – An online community of Fil Am artists that can be found within the main website of the eMagazine.
Poptimes Magazine Live boasts of 200 plus members, mostly artists – musicians, film directors, poets, writers, photographers and painters. The community is also blessed with the memberships of loyal Fil-Am music and arts fans who freely interact with their favorite artists.
In the same vein, in June 2005, Poptimes Magazine launched Poptimes Magazine Radio – An online radio website that plays original Fil-Am music. It also featured the best artists live in the studio for one of the site’s most popular programs – Poptimes Acoustic Radio Sessions. Artists like The Kuwagos, Trickbag, Third Element, The Moonbugs, Alfa Garcia, Binky Veloria, P.I. and Grim Bottle have graced the radio station to render their amazing songs and treat the multitude of listeners to an hour of exclusive live performances.
Now pushing for its first year, Poptimes Magazine and its affiliate websites are still pursuing its goal of finally bringing out Fil Am music into the world, and get the attention and praise that it truly deserves.

He led the Katipunan (Movement) that fought the Spanish colonizers and eventually formed Magdiwang which asserted the leadership of the Katipunan.
