I started PORKCHOP RULES in 2004 in Sacramento. My first items where handmade handbags...then I started to spraypaint vintage handbags. My first order was to a boutique called Project 159 in New York City.

I started silkscreen in high school. I have my BFA in Printmaking but I DID NOT PRINT ON TSHIRTS!!! Printmaking is a fine art-etching, lithograph, relief and silkscreening on PAPER.

I use to tattoo so I am influnced by some tattoo art.
I am moody so my images change with my mood or changes in my life.♥

ALL SILKSCREENED IMAGES ARE LIMITED EDITIONS and I get bored of the images sometimes so I only print on maybe a dozen items or so.

yes, it was really great to meet you finally. it's too bad you don't live closer...but we should get the atelier gang together sometimes, anyway. and speaking of atelier, what did you think of the new look? i was so surprised when i came in on tuesday. i think it looks lovely, it will be interesting to see how customers feel about it. take care.
