USS Bigelow (DD-942)	Jul 18 2009 1:04 AM A sailor and a marine are urinating at a public restroom. The marine finishes first and washes his hands - the sailor just walks to the exit. So the marine says to him, "Hey, in the marines they teach us to wash our hands after taking a piss." The sailor says, "Yeah, well, in the navy they teach us to not piss on our hands!"

Naval Airship Command	May 13 2009 4:21 AM ...... ..Isadore Stessel was an Aviation Machinist Mate Second Class .. Stessel was bombardier on Navy Blimp K-74 and the only sailor of the blimp navy lost to the enemy. .. Stessel's life was lost when German U-boat, "U-134", downed his airship during battle in the Florida straights and a shark took him. .. Stessel was posthumously awarded: .. ~The Purple Heart Medal for dying in action while engaging hostile enemy ~Navy Commendation Medal ~American Campaign Medal ~WW - II Victory Medal for the long-unknown defeat of the enemy. .. The long unknown defeat of the enemy is because it wasn't known for a long time that this specific u-boat (U-134) was later sunk. This happened due to inability to dive caused by damage sustained in combat with USN Airship K-74. This part of the story wasn't realized until sometime after WW-II when the u-boat records of the Third Riech were analyzed. ..

Perhaps, and hopefully, this will lead to great and soaring things such as you'll see below portrayed in both military and civilian uses. All we have to do now is get the USN back on board. 'Steaders, Inc.	Dec 15 2008 8:40 PM This week 'Steaders, Inc. will be having a meeting with Tractor Supply Company to present to them our 'Steaders Wear shirts to see if they would be interested in carrying them in their stores. Keep your fingers crossed for us. If we get our shirts into Tractor Supply stores it will be one more way of promoting small farms and agriculture across the country. We have also been in contact with American Farmland Trust and are working on a deal with them so that they would be getting a portion of the sales from some of our shirts. If that happens then that money will be going to help preserve farmland in the U.S. Also, check out our picture section. This week we will have one of our designs available for our myspace friends. It's the one that says, "It's no bull to support your local farmer." If you are interested, send us a message to make sure that we still have the size you want available and so we can hold one out for you and exchange mailing addresses. They will be $13.00 each or 2 for $24.00. The sizes we'll have is small through 2XL. If you do order shirts from us they won't be shipped until we receive payment, so there won't be any guarantee that you'd get it for Christmas. We'll take cash, check, money order and Paypal. If you want to use Paypal, you can send it to otacampbell@hotmail.com on the Paypal site. Again, keep your fingers crossed for us.
