Originality:
I've noticed over the last couple of months that a number of local, and not so local, photographers are trying to copy my style. Nothing really wrong with that - competition is good, and we all get inspiration from somewhere. What nicks me off though is when I get ripped off lock, stock and barrel. Come on guys - have some imagination. There's a ton of room within the basic pinup arena to carve your own style onto your work - without taking someone's hard work and just copying it outright.

Portland Pin-Ups started out life as a glamour / boudoir type of service, but working with the awesome Cherry Dollface introduced me to the amazing world of Pin-Up. With the 50's style very much back in fashion, the 'Intimates' sessions have now been merged with the Pin-up to create Portland Pin-Ups

Originally from just south of London, England, I moved to San Francisco in the summer of 2005 and spent 2 wonderful years enjoying the Californian sun. The drive to have my own studio led me to Portland (houses don't have to cost $1m here....) and am now in love with the great Pacific North West.

I shoot everything - but specialise in awesome, different portraits and stunning weddings.
