Formed in late 2008, Portraits of Dale emerges with a passion for tasteful, innovative music and honest lyrics. Luke and Ryan met at college, in 2004, through music interest and endeavors. They have been working together since and met David at Crossings church in 2007. As the three played together they found common ground in music and message and decided to form a band. In the search for a bass player Meg came to the rescue through connections at Randolph-Macon College. All members bring a contrasting creativity that form music of passion and transparency. Encouraged by their early efforts, Portraits of Dale is looking forward to what 2009 will bring.
