Currently in Tucson, Arizona there is no safe, legal place for freestyle BMX riders to go. They have been forced to ride in areas where they are arrested, harassed, hit by cars, and sometimes killed. We are asking the city council to grant us shared access of one of the five skate parks in town. Two days a week at the Santa Rita Skate Park would be acceptable until we have our own designated freestyle bike park.
