Hey, how's it been going? Things have been kind of quite lately it seems. I was thinking the other day that even though I really like "Song for the Past" and "The Robot Interlude Song" (I think I got that name wrong) "Take the Cake" is probably my favorite Poster-Boy work. If only because I'm in it and get to sing about bestiality and oft-occurring accidental drunken gay sex, and I'm narcissistic and like hearing my own voice. In fact I'm saying every word of this comment aloud as I type it.

I was listening to "Song For the Past" last night and it unnerved me. It always makes me think at first of the age of the dinosaurs. Then as it winds down I think of how the era, so vivid in our mind, was naught seen by man. It is an expose on the fragility that is our own mortality.
