Formed in Lisbon, Portugal in November 2002 by the singer Paulo Scavullo and keyboardist Rui Pires. Sebastião Teixeira joined the band in the beggining of 2003, to complete the line up. Post Hit's sound was inspired by the iconic avant garde groups from the 70's and the vibrant London scene of the early 80's. The debut single VANISHING BOYS edited in March 2005 was nº1 at the Antena 3 radio station Top 20 for 3 weeks in a total of 17 weeks on the radio chart. POST HIT the self titled debut album was edited in April 2005 with a sold out concert at the famous disco club LUX in Lisbon. The album received enthusiastic reviews, and it was 16 in the top 20 best international albums of 2005 by "Diário de Notícias" daily. GLAMORAMA the second single was edited in November 2005 and was also nº 1 at Antena 3 Top 20 for one week in a total of 10 weeks on the radio chart. GLAMORAMA remixes was also edited as a single in December 2005. GLAMORAMA was choosed by the american movie director Roger Avary (The rules of attraction, 2001) for his movie Glitterati (2005). A two year tour (2005/2007) in Portugal with more than 50 shows, tv programs and promotional events gave the chance to the band to meet others musicians and groups like Duran Duran, Scissor Sisters, The Human League, among others.
