........ ..W 2002 roku z inicjatywy Miłosza Płachcińskiego (gitara, wokal) i Krzysztofa Hacika (gitara) powstaje zespół muzyczny (no name), do którego dołączają Piotr Czernik (bas) i Piotr Smok (perkusja). Na repertuar formacji składają się covery , z którymi zespół dał kilka udanych koncertów. Pod koniec roku 2003 w garażowych warunkach Miłosz Płachciński komponuje utwory Real Passion i World Goes Worse (obecnie wykonywane przez Post Profession). Latem 2004 ze składu odchodzi Krzysztof Hacik. 12 listopada 2004 do zespołu dołącza Maciej Narski - i tę datę uznaje się jako narodziny POST PROFESSION. Od tego momentu następuje eksplozja twórczości. W krótkim czasie M. Płachciński komponuje takie utwory jak: Pain Of Existance, Tsunami, Nateo czy Being lost . Piotr Smok dorzuca You & Me. W roku 2005 występy na żywo są drugoplanowym celem, priorytetem staje się nagranie pierwszego demo. Zostaje ono zarejestrowane przez Mariusza Musialskiego pod koniec tego roku. W roku 2006 dotychczasowy wokalista i gitarzysta Miłosz Płachciński postanawia skupić się tylko na gitarowej grze i komponowaniu dla Post Profession. Zaraz potem powstaje energetyczny Immortal Heart, a zespół zaczyna poszukiwać frontmana. W roku 2007 ukazuje się drugie demo zespołu zrealizowane przez Marka Woźniaka. W między czasie kapela koncertuje z najnowszym materiałem. Sytuacja jest niezmienna do lutego 2008 roku, kiedy to Post Profession zasila Grzegorz Bodzioch (Bodek). Nowy frontman z marszu przystępuje do nagrania partii wokalnych we wspomnianym demo. Wraz z przybyciem do zespołu wokalisty pojawiają się nowe aranże starszych kompozycji. Wkrótce potem zespół komponuje kawałki odzwierciedlające nowe oblicze kapeli: At the Beginning czy instrumentalny Beetwen the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea. Od 08.08. 2008 Post Profession występuje w pełnym pięcioosobowym składzie. 23 stycznia 2010 roku ukazał się mini album zespołu "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea" nagrany w PP studio przez Huberta Nowaka. (Utwory do posłuchania na profilu w formacie mp3)... ..It all happened in 2002. Milosz Płachciński (guitar and vocals) and Krzysztof Hacik (guitar) came up with an idea of forming a band (unnamed) with the guys soon to be joined by Piotr Czernik (bass) and Piotr Smok (drums). Their set consisted of covers played during a couple of somewhat successful gigs. At the end of 2003, the band’s first tracks were composed by Miłosz Płachciński; namely: Real Passion & World Goes Worse (currently performed by Post Profession). In the summer of 2004 Krzysztof Hacik left the band. On the 12th of November 2004, a new member joined the band. Maciej Narski’s arrival marked the beginning of Post Profession. Since then, the band’s come to life and become notably prolific. During a short time, new tracks as: Pain Of Existance, Tsunami, Nateo or Being Lost were composed by M. Płachciński. In 2005 the band’s priorities had been reversed with the live gigs being no longer of main concern. The major goal was to record the first ever demo album, ultimately created by Mariusz Musialski at the end of that year. In 2006 Miłosz Płachiński, the then vocalist and guitarist, decided to focus solemnly on playing guitars and composing for the band. Soon afterwards, the thrilling Immortal Heart was created, while the band had begun searching for a new vocalist. In 2007, a second demo came out accomplished by Marek Woźniak. In the meantime, the band was giving live gigs performing their new material. This had not changed until February 2008 - the time of Grzegorz Bodzioch’s joining the band. He started recording the vocal parts for the above mentioned demo album right on the spot. Along with his arrival the band started to revise and make new arrangements for the old tracks. Soon afterwards, they began creating songs: At the Beginning or the instrumental Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea; that would later uncover the new face of the band. Since 2008, Post Profession has become a full five-men team. The mini album “Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea” was released on 23rd of January 2010. 23 stycznia 2010 roku ukazał się mini album zespołu „Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” nagrany w PP studio przez Huberta Nowaka. 4 sierpnia 2010 roku z inicjatywy kalifornijskiej wytwórni fonograficznej 272 Records, Post Profession podpisał umowę na opublikowanie utworu „Immortal Heart” na płycie „Kill City vol.26”. Oficjalna data wydania albumu 7 wrzesień 2010r.
02.06.2012 roku zespół wystąpił na festiwalu Metalfest Open Air Poland obok Megadeth, Kreator, Soulfly, Death Angel i innych.
02.06.2012 to także oficjalna data wydania debiutanckiego albumu "A Few Minutes Before..." zarejestrowanego w ZED STUDIO przez Tomasza Zalewskiego.

With limited funds, POST PROFESSION was founded on the 12th of November 2004 by Miłosz Płachciński, Piotr Smok, Piotr Czernik and Maciek Narski. In 2005 the band recorded their first demo through Mariusz Musialski. In 2007 their second demo was released, this time through Marek Woźniak. During the period, the band was performing on stage with their material. The circumstances did not change up until February of 2008 when Grzegorz Bodzioch (Bodek) joined the band and began recording the vocal parts almost straight away. Having brought in a new singer, the old songs were re-recorded and soon the band wrote four new songs (incuding At the Beginning, the instrumental Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea), revealing a new face of Post Profession and taking them to a different dimension. Since the 8th of April 2008 PP has been a five-man crew. Recorded in PP studio by Hubert Nowak, on the 23rd of January 2010 a new mini-album entitled “Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” was released. On the 4th of August 2010, the California based 272 Records company came in with the initiative of publishing one of the band’s songs, namely “Immortal Heart” on their “Kill City vol.26” records. The album was officially released on the 7th of September 2010.
On the 2nd of June 2012 Post Profession appeared at Metalfest Open Air Poland with superstars such as: Megadeth, Kreator, Soufly and Death Angel. On that unique day the debut album “A Few Minutes Before…” realized by Tomasz Zalewski in Zed Studio had its premiere.
