Our coaches, Nate and PamO, who volunteer to kick our ass twice a week for 52 weeks a year. :)
About me:
We are a group of girls who are dedicated to learning more about the skills it takes to do roller derby. We meet twice a week for two hours and practice skating, hitting, blocking - basically all the skills it takes play roller derby.
Some of us want to try out for local leagues as skaters, coaches or refs while others of us just want a good workout. :)
