I never thought I would ever reach this point in my life. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was that first grader, seeing all the huge fifth graders walking down the halls and I would think, "I can't wait to grow up". Now, I wish I could be a first grader again. Life has happened so fast and I don't know where all the time went. But, I'm proud to be where I am today. I've been through more shit than any eighteen year old should have to go through. But, I guess that's just the age we grew up in. We were forced to age faster than we should, and I'm just glad that I'm one of the fortunate ones to make it out alive. I'm a good girl, with a lot of bad habits. I'm proud to be able to say that I'm going the direction in life that I want to be going. I'm going somewhere. I'm going to be someone. And I'm not going to let anything stop me.
