Powderburn is a name that fans in the underground metal scene have come to recognize. This melodic metal act spawned in October of 1998 in a small apartment in Austin, Texas. With the combined efforts of guitarist Ken Lockman from New Jersey, bassist Greg Enkler and drummer Patrick Swift from New York, and Eric Smith from Houston, Texas - Powderburn has quickly made an impact on the local music scene, as well as spread their name nationally and internationally via the internet and relentless touring.
