We are not only known for the AC/DC shows we present but also our hard-rockin' originals. Nick, Jeremy, Zac and Ben often perform as a four-piece for these originals and as a support for other bands, with Zac on lead guitar as well as lead vocals.

Jarrod's voice is uncanningly Bon Scott, but equally impressive doing the Brian Johnson numbers.
We are a guitar band-no fancy pedals-just that raw guitar sound that made oz-rock famous.
With ages ranging from 13 to 17, the Crawford and Minett brothers have been performing the rock classics in venues in Newcastle and the Hunter since early 2005. Boosted by stage storming performances on the NRL Footy Show in 2005, the band has now been joined by the more mature Jarrod Daunt on vocals to present the authentic AC/DC tribute "Let There Be Rock" show. This show has been extremely popular-past performances include The Maitland Bike and Hotrod Show twice, Annual Pubfest (Hinton) for 4 years, performing in front of 20 000 people at a Knights footy match in Newcastle twice, taking the stage at Rock City which is the biggest rock venue in Phuket, Thailand. More recent, the boys have performed at Tempus Two Winery outdoors event along with Thirsty Merc and Matchbox Twenty!***********************************************

Powerage has also been knocking fans out with their own originals. Often incorporating originals into their show, Powerage also do supports for other bands, such as Grinspoon in early 2007. Late in 2007 the boys travelled to Melbourne for a benefit concert at Musicland to perform with 6 other bands from nation-wide and blasted them away with their own raw rock originals set. When PowerAge performs as a four-piece their love of RAW ROCK originals show the crowd what talent these youngsters have.
In YOUTHROCK 2008, PowerAge got to the Grand Final and was awarded the Encouragement Award. This was held at Sutherland Entertainment Centre in Sydney, in April 2008.
