Since moving to Nova Scotia in 2004 via Scotland and New Zealand, Andrew White has become a familiar name among the musicians and residents of Atlantic Canada as one of the hottest new acts on the scene.
He has toured internationally as a soloist and supporting superstars such as Irish folk rock group Clannad, The Corrs, Michelle Shocked, The Indigo Girls, Taj Mahal and Tommy Emanuel.
Most recently Andrew was a member of International Guitar Night, a show that brings together the world’s foremost acoustic guitarists to perform their latest original compositions and exchange musical ideas in a public concert setting. The show toured across Canada in the fall of 2006, performing 23 shows to 23 standing ovations.
