Trying to cheat, these sissy workouts he'd do!
From the corner of the gym where the big guys train,
Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain,
Where the big iron rides high, and threatin' lives,
Where the noise is made with big forty-fives,
A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees,
A very big man with legs like trees,
Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack,
Chalked his hands and monstrous back,
Said, "Boy, stop lying and don't say you've forgotten!
Trouble with you is you aint been SQUATIN'!!"
Yeah that's super dangerous i have seen those videos where they have accidents and its scary.. well i haven't gone for two days the last time i went i wasn't in a very good condition and i felt pretty bad after working out too much. i feel better now and I'll probably get back tomorrow.
DAng i just saw ur sport video thats creepy.. id be Fckin scare being around those guys.. i mean just today Esteban lifted me up like a ragdoll ... creepy....

I thought knew! I graduate in December from FPU with my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, so set the date you guys better come!! Yeah dont get married you'll have less headaches heheheh ;)

HaHa, whats up Mallate? How you been. Still working out, what kind of question is that huh of course you are. Well i'm just chilling over here in GA doing my own thang you know. But I might come home in oct I highly doubt it but well see. For sure tho on christmas i'll be down for like 18 days. Hey I just started working out again and you know what i'm also taking some MMA classes with some of the best people in the state.
