"Face melting is a phenomenon that is derived from 2 separate origins, one roughly around 4000 BC, and the other tracing back to the origin of humanity.
In 4000 BC, a musical technique was developed in Uruk, the first city of man, located in what is present-day Iraq. This technique (a combination of rhythm and rockingness) had the power to move people emotionally so much that they lost all control of facial muscles. The technique eventually became outlawed and the practitioners fled to Europe, where the technique survived for millenia through secret circles of early rockers.
The second origin is genetic in nature. 1 in every 250,000 humans is born with a gene which enables them with a natural tendency to be drawn to and create rock music of the utmost quality. The music produced by these people, due to the scales and harmonics sub-consciously chosen by those with the gene, harmonizes with tself in a way that changes it's wave-length to something more akin to microwaves than soundwaves.
No Facial Control + Micro-waves of Rock = Face Melting..."
