Another video for your viewing pleasures, What Up Neal
I've been doing music since 1997. A lot of people can say they been rapping since the 3rd grade, but Ive been writing and rapping for years. What I mean is that I started laying down tracks in 97. I started my own Indie in 1999 with my business partner Jeffrey Andersen (Intox) who I met in the Army. In 2000 Eric Hughes (Nonstop) joined us in this venture and we completed our first album in 2002 "Vol 1 Collateral Damage" which I cant say went double platinum but earned us some respect inside our circle. With the money we earned from "Vol 1 Collateral Damage" we made moves to become an Incorporated business in 2003. Now we got a list of rappers who lay down music with us. We also have 6 in house producers, 3 home studios & 1 production spot. Some of the equipment and software we use is: 3 different versions of Magix Music Maker, Sound Forge, Pro Tools, Triton Le, MPc1000, and Fruity Loops. We been trying to bring a new sound to hip hop and still keep that ole school influence in our music. Playahs Paradise Entertainment is the name of the label and our goal is to become an influence directly or indirectly. We have been through ups and downs over the past years and it has made us a strong diligent business. We are not all about balling and shining, capping and scrapping, we been there and done that. Its about good music now and thats what I try to instill in young rappers that come through my studio. Either they can take my advice or they can learn the hard way. I believe everybody needs to be lead to become an effective leader. So thats a brief story of me and what Im trying to accomplish. I hope you get a feeling of me as a person from what I wrote and if you can't then maybe you should not have read it and wasted your time.
