Hard to mention everything, so I'll stick to most important - UKG, house, broken beat, disco, reggae, classical, soul, r'n'b, jazz, rock, d'n'b - anything with funk inside.
Born in 1981, he was growing up in the middle of Poland. He is 1/3 part of D-Vision crew together with CJ Reign and MC/DJ Baj (his junior brother). He started making music in primary school on Atari and Amiga computers using basic trackers.
Interested in UK garage since he heard ‘Re-Rewind’ and Dreem Teem on Radio 1 show. Pr0t0n burst onto the english scene thanks to his friend Martino_B, who has sent 4x4 groovy tunes like ‘Kolarz’ or ‘Phil it’ to DJ Charma and former VybeFM presenter enjoyed them a lot. Pr0t0n together with CJ Reign has released ‘European Vibes vol. 1’ on Jabz’s Final Cutt label, which caught lots of positive comments from the garage scene. Since 2004 he did remixes for such artists like Dreem Teem (December 2005 Stereohype release), MJ Cole (Feburary 2006 Prolific release), Ed James, Jam & Face or Summet.
He was Richie Vee’s guest on Radio 1 Xtra and one of the DJs playing on Prolific Nights @ Herbal club August edition. On September’05 he was also interviewed by Charma on VybeFM. In 2004 Pr0t0n was the only one polish representative in Red Bull Music Academy in Rome. Be sure he’ll surprise You many times in the future..!
