The name “21g” comes from the movie <21 grams> by Mexico director Alejandro González Iñárritu. As film lovers, 21 Grams endeavors to apply visual layers onto their music. Formed in summer 2004, 21g is a 4 member-set band dealing with instruments and electronic effects. Two years since formed, they have released their debut albumn «21 grams». With 4 pieces in all, each of them is from its name-identically film, both titles and inspiration.

Guys, good music. I think you'd really like South Pacific. They're an Ottawa instrumental, shoe gaze band from the late 90s. They were one of my biggest influences. i'll send you the album if you'd like.
