Preston Young is my alias while I'm DJing. I decided to go with an alias instead of my real name, because in every day life Im usually pretty reserved and shy until you get to know me. It allows me to escape reality and live life as someone else when Im behind the decks.
Im known for playing NRG, Hard Trance, and Hard Techno at raves and Progressive House and Minimal at clubs. On my own time I like messing around with Breaks and Drum and Bass as well. Those are the styles that I play, however my taste is very eclectic. I like a lot of different stuff, such as tech house, tribal house, psytrance, dub step, 90s hip hop, punk, and screamo.
I run a monthly show on DigitallyImported.com called Elements Of Hard Trance. It airs every third Tuesday of the month on their Hard Dance channel at 1pm PST. If you tune-in please post some feedback on their forum, or message me. I'd love to hear what you think!
Here's some info about me. I was born in Seattle, and Ive been living here my whole life. I work in the IT field. I live in a tiny studio apartment that is probably the size of your closet. I love to travel as often as possible. My regular stops are LA, San Francisco, Miami, and Vegas. Just a few of the countries that I some day want to visit are Germany, Brazil, Italy, Spain, and Japan. When I go out on the town with my friends, I'd rather spend $50 shooting pool, drinking, and raiding an arcade, than in a club spending $50 on one drink and popping my collar and doing the sprinkler. Comedies are my favorite movie genre. The sports I enjoy most are basketball and soccer. My favorite kind of food is Thai. My favorite beer is a local brew called Mac and Jacks. Im a really chill guy but when around close friends the goofyness comes out and I love to let loose and have fun.

Oh gawd. Phil York... I danced so hard to his set I almost forced vomit. xD I'm one of those hardcore kids. I don't go to parties to make out. I go to be a sweaty mess and dance my patootie off! To be honest, I hadn't really heard much about phil york prior to the party. I walked into the room as his set started and I was immediately blown away! :D
If I had the money for it, I would be going to NL8! NL7 was pretty fly! But alas, I don't. xD I am planning on D.Licious though, hopefully I will be needed for babysitting soon!
