A consignment shop sells items, new or slightly used on a consignment basis. A consignor is the original owner of a piece of merchandise until that item is sold. A consignee is the shop or its owner, to whom the item is consigned.

The inventory at Practically Perfect Couture is composed of high quality, well-known, name-brand clothing that is found in stores such as Nordstrom, Macys, Nieman-Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Bloomingdales, etc..

ABSOLUTELY NO rips, stains, tears(unless intended by designer)
