Pradux of Hip-Hop is an urban promotion company founded by Lamont Rector in 2008. (Other members include Antoine Thorn, Devon Johnson, Tyrone Chapelle, Matt Flynn and Omar Kaskas). Its mission is to bring true artists to Northern Virginia to hip hop heads in the area.
