Bob Pranky, the voice of all the characters for Prank Calls
Unlimited is now retired from prank calling after 9/11.
At a young age Bob was good at impersonations of famous people
and also had a crazy sense of humor. During the late 90's, Bob had a job as an
investigator and he would use different voices to locate people. One day in the
Fall of 1997, an attorney that worked from the firm came up with the idea for
Bob to make prank calls and record them using his unique voices.... the attorney
and Bob were big fans of The Jerky Boys.
PCU released the first album in January 1998 and recorded 9
hours of prank calls until 9/11 occurred.
The return of Johnny Brennan from The Jerky Boys has inspired
Bob to make a comeback to comedy and to write comedy again.
