"If God has called you to be really like Jesus, He will draw you to a life of crucifixion and humility, and put upon you such demands of obedience, that you will not be able to follow other people, or measure yourself by other Christians, and in many ways He will seem to let other good people do things which He will not let you do.
"Other Christians and ministers who seem very religious and useful may push themselves, pull wires, and work schemes to carry out their plans, but you cannot do it; and if you attempt it, you will meet with such failure and rebuke from the Lord as to make you sorely penitent.
"Others may boast of themselves, of their work, of their success, of their writings, but the Holy Spirit will not allow you to do any such thing, and if you begin it, He will lead you into some deep mortification that will make you despise yourself and all your good works.
"Others may be allowed to succeed in making money, or may have a legacy left to them, but it is likely God will keep you poor, because He wants you to have something far better than gold, namely, a helpless dependence on Him, that He may have the privilege of supplying your needs day by day out of an unseen treasury.
"The Lord may let others be honored and put forward, and keep you hidden in obscurity, because He wants you to produce some choice, fragrant fruit for His coming glory, which can only be produced in the shade. He may let others be great, but keep you small.
"He may let others do a work for Him and get the credit of it, but He will make you work and toil on without knowing how much you are doing; and then to make your work still more precious, He may let others get the credit for the work which you have done, and thus make your reward ten times greater when Jesus comes.
"The Holy Spirit will put a strict watch over you, with a jealous love, and will rebuke you for little words
"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD. " (Amos 8:11)
In the novel No Blade of Grass, a virus attacks all the grasses of the world, including wheat, barley, rye, oats, and rice. The world is plunged into famine and violence. People kill for food.
God warns us a different kind of famine, "a famine ... of hearing the words of the LORD. " A lack of food can lead to disease and death. A famine of the Word can produce eternal consequences. Without access to God's Word, we lack wisdom for life and the message of eternal life in Christ. As Christians, we need "the sincere milk of the word, that [we] may grow thereby. " (1 Peter 2:2)
We can identify with the prophet when he said, "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and Thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by Thy name, O LORD God of hosts. " (Jeremiah 15:16)
Give me, O Lord, a strong desire To look in Thy Word each day; Help me to hide its truths in my heart, Lest from Thy path my feet would stray.
God, give us eyes to see the beauty of the Spring, And to behold Your majesty in every living thing. And may we see in lacy leave sand every budding flower. The Hand that rules the universe with gentleness and power. And may this Easter grandeur that Spring lavishly imparts Awaken faded flowers of faith lying dormant in our hearts, And give us ears to hear, Dear God, the Springtime song of birds With messages more meaningful than man's often empty words. Telling harried human beings who are lost in dark despair. 'Be like us and do not worry for God has you in His care Amen
May God make your year a happy one! Not by shielding you from all sorrows and pain, But by strengthening you to bear it, as it comes; Not by making your path easy, But by making you sturdy to travel any path; Not by taking hardships from you, But by taking fear from your heart; Not by granting you unbroken sunshine, But by keeping your face bright, even in the shadows; Not by making your life always pleasant, But by showing you when people and their causes need you most, and by making you anxious to be there to help. God’s love, peace, hope and joy to you for the year ahead.
I pray that God's healing power is upon you Miriam.I ask this in the name of his precious and holy son our Lord Jesus Christ.Amen.Your friend in Christ,William.

Now that thanksgiving is over a new month begins. A month of giving and remembering CHRIST the true LOVE the one that died and rose from the dead for our sins. He gave his self for us because he loves us so much. May we all be thankful for what GOD has brought us through this past year. But most of all look at how we grew closer to our LORD and savor. For all the things he has blessed us with. But the same way GOD blessed us let’s not forget the ones that don’t have anything to give this Christmas. Let us share the love of CHRIST that is within us to go out of our way to help GOD’s people that are in need this Christmas. Also as I said before let us not forget to pray and tell our love one that we love them. Due to we don’t know when it will be the last time we see them for the bible says we are here as a vapor as 1 day is a thousand years, and a thousand years as 1 day. So we don’t know what a day brings forth, so let’s us be thankful each day that GOD gives us. I pray that you’ve had wonderful and blessed week, and pray that this weekend is a blessed, wonderful and safe one for you. May GOD bless you as you do his work for his kingdom.
WITH LOVE & BLESSING THOUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.
I LOVE ALL OF YOU MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. MAY GOD BLESS YOU.
YOU’RE BROTHER IN CHRIST.
