I like to do two things: Play the guitar, and get people into heaven. Yeah, I'm not afraid to call myself a Christian. I'm not one of those if-you-don't-do-as-i-say-you're-going-to-hell types. More like a dude-you-sure-you-know-where-you're-going-when-u-die
types. Do what you will with that.

Anything that doesn't blaspheme the name of my God nor ignore Him. Anybody else think there is more cursing in modern lyrics than actual words? Maybe it's just me. If you're gonna write a song, actually say something in it!!..

..EVOLUTION:.. Darwin Retried (1971), Macbeth; The Neck of the Giraffe: Where Darwin Went Wrong (1982), Hitching; The Great Evolution Mystery (1983), Taylor; The Bone Peddlers: Selling Evolution (1984), Fix; Darwin Was Wrong - A Study in Probabilities (1984), Cohen; Darwinism: The Refutation of a Myth (1987), Lovtrup; and Adam and Evolution (1984), Pitman. Not one of these books was written from a Christian-apologetic point of view: they are concerned only with scientific truth - as was Sir Ernst Chain when he called evolution 'a fairy tale' (in Richard Milton, Shattering the Myths of Darwinism (Rochester, Vermont: Park Street Press, 1992, 1997), p. 12.).

Jesus Christ was a rebel like no other. He rebelled from the lawyers in His day because they were breaking the same Law they taught others to keep. That's called hypocrisy. Nobody likes a hypocrite. He called out the Pharisees for who they really were. If anyone's wondering, that was their motive for killing Him. I also admire anyone who is willing to stand up for what he/she believes without fear of persecution, whether I share their belief or not.

    IMMUNE FROM CONTRADICTIONS
"Today, a hundred and twenty-eight years after it was first promulgated, the Darwinian theory of evolution stands under attack as never before. ...

The fact is that in recent times there has been increasing dissent on the issue within academic and professional ranks, and that a growing number of respectable scientists are defecting from the evolutionist camp.

It is interesting, moreover, that for the most part these 'experts' have abandoned Darwinism, not on the basis of religious faith or biblical persuasions, but on strictly scientific grounds, and in some instances regretfully, as one could say.

We are told dogmatically that Evolution is an established fact; but we are never told who has established it, and by what means. We are told, often enough, that the doctrine is founded upon evidence, and that indeed this evidence 'is henceforward above all verification, as well as being immune from any subsequent contradiction by experience'; but we are left entirely in the dark on the crucial question wherein, precisely, this evidence consists."

About me:

Isn't it amazing how some of the most intelligent minds in science spend their lives in a laboratory trying to create life in an effort to prove it takes no intelligent influence to create life? Hmm...

“For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story [of the Big Bang] ends like a bad dream. For the past three hundred years, scientists have scaled the mountain of ignorance and as they pull themselves over the final rock, they are greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.” – Robert Jastrow, Columbia University Professor and Founder of the Goddard Space Center.

CHRISTIANS: If you truly love God...

The Atheist's nightmare has nothing to do with what man can do to him or her. Their nightmare is the truth--that the more they use circular reasoning (looking inside the universe to find out how it came to be), the more questions arise. Their nightmare is the possibility of God's existence and the consequences if the Christians are right.

But you can read more about that in my blogs.

About me: I like to find an elevated platform where there's a crowd (or the potential for one) and start asking questions like, do you think there's life after death, what do you think is going to happen when you die? If they don't want to answer, I usually kick it up w/statistics like 10 out of 10 people die, 150,000 people die every 24 hours--people are dying at a rate of about two people per second. What's next? If there wasn't a crowd before, one usually builds pretty quickly about now.

After I get a bunch of responses, I reason with them about the proofs and existence of God, and what the Bible says. Be assured--Not hell-fire preaching, just an are-you-sure-you-know-where-you're-going kind of a message. Then I urge them with something like, "if you're a Christian or are serious about examining the claims of the Bible, come over to me when I'm done, and we'll talk.

People everywhere are generally pretty cool about it :-). In fact, most people will come up to me at the end, shake my hand and thank me for standing up with this kind of thought-provoking, soul-searching message. Not only that, but EVERYONE leaves thinking seriously about the million-dollar question: What happens after you die?

Other than that, I generally just talk to people & make friends. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of everyone I talk to. If you've met me and I haven't called you back, please don't think I've ignored you. I have a stack of phone numbers to get through. Call me if you want to get in touch before I get the opportunity to get back to you.

Who I'd like to meet:

Here's the thing. If you want to meet someone, go where they are and give it a shot. What's the worst that could happen? They say 'no'? Think about it.
