I like to consider myself to be unlike the typical girl. In life, I only ask for one thing, happiness. All other things are a bonus. Happiness with who I am, working with the military, family and my relationships.
I enjoy participating in Honor Guard functions at my base and I love to work out 3 times a week, run and take my bike and dog out onto trails. I pass the time by playing video games on my PC and PSP and by reading various books that cover a range of topics. Also, watching some of my favorite TV shows and movies usually take a big part in cheering me up when I feel down on any given day. Any chance I get I love spending time with my family and my nephews and niece...

- Sacred Spirit - Yeha Noha (Wishes of Happiness & Prosperity)
This chant is part of the Enemy Way Chant or called in the Navajo language Ndaa'. It is a healing song sung to cleanse and heal Navajos, often warriors who have come in contact with ghosts. Navajo veterans of the United States Armed Forces use this ceremony to purify themselves after returning from the service. The title which is appropriate, as mentioned is sung to cleanse and heal warriors, now often a family or loved one and to simply wish them happiness and prosperity.
The title itself is interesting. The 'h' in Yeha is actually pronounced with an 'n' so instead of saying Yeha-Noha, it is pronounced as if saying "Yena-Noha."
This song is only supposed to be sung by a medicine man of the Navajo Nation.

My most favorite commercial. I smile every time I see it.
I admit, American Idol and The Secret Life of the AMerican Teenager at this point, are my favorite shows to watch. I also love Family Guy and House even if I only catch two minutes of it.

I finally have a favorite book series. The Men are from mars Women are From Venus collection. Especially Men, Women and Relationships Making Peace With the Opposite Sex. Sherry Argov - Why Men Love Bitches. David Zinczenko - Men, Love and Sex and my top favorite David Lieberman - You Can Read Anyone. (Yes I have had a lot of bad relationships. These books help me gain insight when I can't figure stuff out.

Happiness shines from every angle of my existence. Not only am I healthy, I have an amazing, reliable car that I actually wanted, a beautiful dog and cat, I am living on my own providing for myself and for once I am financially comfortable. I am currently part of the AGR program for the Air Force Reserves and the Honor Guard which is out of Pittsburgh, PA. I belong to Security Forces attached to The United States Air Force. I am currently an E-4 and have passed my ALS test!!! Out of everything in my life Security Forces is the one thing I am extremely positive about and actually knowing my job and performing in this profession to the best of my ability gives me a very positive/optimistic point of view. It is a big relief to finally find something I am good at in life and to be so happy.*~~~*

Beerfest 09 is the last Saturday of June, the events have been planned but we still need to do a trial run, a couple new ones have made it through this time. Maybe a vegas trip for Nick's 30th. Heading to camp in about 8 hours, can't wait.
Thanks Mel and yes the school is hard but very doable. The hardest part is that it's done at breakneck speed. You have class/training/PT nonstop all day and then need AT LEAST 3-4 hours of studying each night plus all of the standard stuff like uniforms and whatnot. You have tests every week without fail and need to maintain a 70 average. Oh, not to mention you're also catching buses left and right for firearms and driving which are constantly evaled and if you fail you're gone. Like I said...doable but not even remotely easy!
DOing ok. I was in a car accident on base on Friday. I didn't get hurt bad just bumped around a little. My car is another story. I hope you're doing ok.
