About me:
We are a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to make a difference in the lives of as many presa canarios as we can. Unfortunately because of our small size, and the amount of territory we're trying to cover, we cannot always take every dog available. We primarily try to assist with those who end up in shelters, although we consider owner surrenders on a case by case basis.
Currently we are limited to placing dogs in the USA and Canada.
We are run on an entirely volunteer basis, and with the changes in the economy recently, we are getting more and more requests to take/save dogs, and we can't always help...

Hello ~ thank you for being a friend of Moonwarriors. 800 dogs & cats are killed every hour in the US, often by inhumane methods such as gassing or heart sticking. This cruel disposal of homeless & stray animals is paid for by your taxes. Sponsors of petitions promoting no-kill alternatives have shown that it would be more cost effective & humane to fund spay-neuter programs, adoption schemes & sanctuaries.

Hey lady. Ill email u that pic. Wish it was better but i only had my cameraphone with me at the park. Didnt think to bring my good one cuz i figured we wouldnt get very far but we wandered for over an hour with no issues so we will do it again this week. I was very pleasantly surprised with both girls behavior!

Thanks for doing a great job for this breed for not to end in a fatal way. I have done 3 rescues here in Puerto Rico already made one a FCI champ.Again thanks.
