Bio of Preshish Moments
Producer and instrument builder, Preshish Moments was born and raised as Michael Carter in Downey, CA. He played clarinet as a child and as a teenager became so obsessed with spinning records and chopping up beats with samplers that he went on to study electronic music in Chicago and Oakland, where he built his own wooden midi controller (Splinter) and max patch (Shredder). In 2008 he released a solo album and several remixes on Daly City Records and has been performing live electronic music with his unique instrument.
