Presley is a three piece rock band from the Boston area. Drawing from influences all over the map, theyre best seen in the live setting. Presley does not go on stage with a set list and will often improvise whirling, loud and melodic sound-scapes during the live show, segueing from one song to another usually without notice to the audience. Presley has shared bills with bands from all different genres from rockabilly to grindcore.
Presley has three CD’s out: a 6 track CD from 2001, a 12 track full length CD recorded with Steve Austin of Today is the Day fame, and the 2005 release Elizabeth. They will be recording their next full length CD in the summer of 2007 for release at the beginning of 2008.
Some review quotes from the Elizabeth EP (read the full reviews in the blog section):
"The band has morphed into a spacy but tight improv / jam-rock band somewhere between Phish, Mogwai, Godspeed You Black Emperor! (the first album, at least), and Hawkwind, only with a bright and poppy center..."
"...as a purveyor of noisy landscapes and improvisational exploring, Presley remains a band of the highest order"
The newest record, "The Mansion" was recorded and mixed at Analog Divide with Tim Shea in 2007/2008. This record should hopefully be out sometime in the summer. More info is in our blog above!

I am looking for a recording of Roger McGuinn playing "Mr. Tambourine Man" during Live Aid '85, from the downstairs toilet in his house with the concert on his tv upstairs. If anyone would like to trade for Moe 'booties please get in touch.
We got those cd's yesterday, thanks so much for sending them out! Anthony's gonna send you out a couple scenes with your music on it so you can see how well it goes with the film to get an idea of what you're a part of. We are so lucky to have found you. We REALLY dig your music.
Love,
Sara & Anthony
What's up guys! Looking foward to some new studio tracks. I still need to get some live insanity.
You should check out Mono (from Japan) and From Monument To Masses (From Cali). If only I had the authority to book massive shows of auditory destruction at giant, stank filled venues.
BTW, Attacking Frequencies Of The Sun has some new stuff up. Hmmmm, Dead Leg.
