we are now open from 6pm - 9pm Monday-Thursday and 11am - 2pm on Saturday, an open gym. Come and go as you please! Stay and train for all three hours

Testimonial:
The techniques/confidence that Mr. Joseph Harris taught me in his MMA/Muay Thai classes are essential for any law enforcement professional that have to deal with physical confrontations with suspects or inmates. Personal story, a couple months ago, I was attacked by an inmate that was bigger than me and worse, I was attacked from behind. Due to the training that I received from Mr. Harris, at Prestige Training Center, in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) class; that specialize on techniques for ground fighting, I was able to cope more with the sudden shock because I had the experience of the sparring class that emphasizes on actual ground fighting maneuvers. I was able to rotate my body from the ground position and confidently get on the inmates back and put him in a neck restraint until back up arrived. I could have been seriously injured or even killed if not for the training that I received from Mr. Harris in the MMA class. I am more confident and better equipped to handle myself in any physical situation that might present itself at work or on the street.
