Hmm, we'll see. I did horribly on my first History test because I was terribly unprepared. :( I feel much better about my Psychology test, but who knows...I could be tragically surprised. I need to gain access to my sculpture classroom so that I can finish welding my piece some time before Tuesday. I'm taking Mandy with me to the Mobile Museum of Art tomorrow for a paper I have to write for Art History. That part should be fun. :)
Hmm, you have a point there. Now that I think about it, every one of my past history instructors had very odd affectations. It's probably a requirement.
Ooo, I much prefer insane to odd. I can totally empathize with it. lol
I have Dr. Gordon. He seems awesome. Very energetic. I love people who can make learning fun. He definitely gets worked up about it, too. It's interesting stuff, so I don't blame him. Haha.
I am taking US History, from 1877. My instructor is Ms. Frear. This is her first year teaching there, I believe. She's an odd one. Seems like the type that sits in a room studying things and shunning social activities. lol But, she's nice. Some of her methods kind of get on my nerves though, because she tends to not elaborate on certain things I'm worried might be on a test. She kind of breezes through things as though she has an outline in front of her and she's just reading the bullet points. lol
Yeah, my sculpture class is really kind of opening up a whole new artistic playground for me. I love it.
Pretty cool so far. I'm loving Psychology a lot more than I thought I would. It's right up my alley.
My studio art class is probably my favorite. I just have to make sculptures to make a grade. Not really hard at all. I have to follow certain guidelines, but otherwise it's completely open to interpretation. Good stuff. My History class is pretty boring, but it's bearable, and my art history seems like it's gonna be a breeze.
Yeah. I'm not much of a myspacer anymore. lol I'm great! How are you? Nothing significant has really happened on my side. Just been doing the whole full-time work/school thing.
That's the problem. I need to get with an advisor, and get a better schedule. It completely screws up my work schedule, if I start school as is. Right now, I don't have any math classes on my schedule, or any classes that focus on my minor. It seems very disjointed to me. lol
