All of my musical tastes will be displayed in this section. While I don't listen to everything, my tastes range far across the spectrum, with emphasis on Classic R&B, Adult Contemporary, Jazz, Funk, Classic Rock, Go-Go, and Deep House Music. For the last two years however, my passion has been Salsa, Salsa and more Salsa. Musical heroes include: Prince (and all related artists), James Brown, Hall & Oates, Run DMC, Tito Puente and Ray Barretto among others.
Will be working on a new playlist as soon as I get a new computer system.

Heroes
My Dad (R.I.P), My Mom, and all single mothers who are striving and surviving with honor and dignity. I respect the single mother, because my mom raised me on her own from late-1978 until mid-1986. To dishonor the single mother who is trying her best is to slap my own mother in the face.
Condidential: I had better respect the single mother. At my age and being unmarried, they may be the only women I meet *LOL*.
And anyone who has survived and flourished in the aftermath of a broken heart.
Who is Pretty Tony? The simple answer to that question would be this: Pretty Tony is a man who is man enough to say that he is in touch with his feminine side. Man enough to admit when he's wrong. Man enough to recognize what's best for him when it may not feel like it is. Man enough to let go even when it hurts him, because he knows it's for the best. Man enough to know that pain will serve him well in the future.
Don't think that's a simple answer? Well, that's because Pretty Tony is not a simple person. And yet, he's not a hard person to figure out either. He has no game plan. No agenda. He's easy to figure out. There is no pretense. In other words, he's a man of complex simplicity.
Who I'd like to meet:
People who are real and genuine. People who say what they mean and mean what they say. People who don't make promises that they cannot keep. People who maintain a positive vibe when the world is running them down.
I like pretty girls in high heels. Girls who walk like they know they are THE SHIT, but also know that the world doesn't revolve around them...because SNOBS SUCK! If you're a pretty girl that likes to rock the heels and not stuck on yourself, let me know you're there. :~)
"Hey, I can't send you a Friend Request? Says I have to know a whole lot of junk like your last name and email address and stuff like that. What gives?"
That was what Bob Ross used to call a "happy accident". I didn't realize I had it set up like that. But I used to get a crapload of spam requests. Not anymore, and I think it's great. So now, basically you MUST be someone I know, share an interest with or just have that something about you that is appealing (Girls, you have to be more than a big butt and a smile). I'm not one of these people who needs to have hundreds of friends on their list to validate who they are. I'm treating this just like real life. We make decisions on who we are friends with in real life. MySpace is no different to me. If you'd like to meet me on a more personal level, then send me a message. Just keep in mind that it doesn't guarantee anything. Just like real life.
These are some of my friends. Although I may rearrange them at times, don't sweat being at the bottom. Sometimes, being on the bottom is fun. Let the person on top do all the work...if you get my drift. *LOL* Besides, it doesn't matter where you are on my list. If you're on my list, you're somewhere in my heart.

I've heard the same from others. I understand they want to pay homage to the past but it is still the Mets' home park. I think they're going to have to change a lot of things over time as they are reminded that they need the FANS to support the team. I hear these new stadiums are more like a shopping mall, where there just happens to be a baseball game going on. I have a feeling that in a few years, new stadiums are going to start resembling the Shea/Yankee Stadiums, that will then be referred to as 60's or 70's retro. You know how they say? "Everything old is new again. "
I hope you are having fun down south!! Hurricanes rock! Every time I have one of those I remember the Hardcore Heaven PPV in New Orleans over Thanksgiving and the insanity of Bourbon St!! A Mongolian MUTHAF**KA? I have no idea what that is but it definitely sounds interesting. Have one too many for me!!! and yes I am proud, it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside just thinking about you following my lead.
I'm jealous! If you get to the game see if you can get the Wilpon's to forget about Livan Hernandez and just go with Pedro! Either one is like rolling dice, so we might as well roll with the one we know.
I'm in the West Palm Beach area. Where are you? Are you going salsa dancing? I've been out twice already and am going out again tommorow (Sunday) to The GoldCoast Ballroom, my FAVORITE place to go in Florida. It's the place where both the old-timers and the young people go but the mambo is only from 5-8pm and then it changes to a mix of all ballroom dances 'til 11pm. It's around Pampano Beach or Coconut Grove off of Lyons Rd. Call me if you want at 718-381-9731. Bye Chulo! Abbey
