• Works with communities to capitalize on their potential, cultivate assets, and enhance their sustainability to limit susceptibility to prejudice and abuse;
• Develops customized projects that build upon existing strengths, invigorate cooperation, encourage compassion, and devise opportunities to share and leverage resources with potential allies;
• Constructs and runs programs that facilitate social responsibility for youth and adults;
• Offers a range of community enhancement services, including anti-bias & conflict resolution methods, public awareness & outreach, empowerment for diaspora communities, workshops, and training and networking resources for local and international groups -- all of which are individually customized;

Local Organization Brings Enemies Together to Build Homes
A [Los Angeles] resident demonstrated something extraordinary on a recent sunny day on the campus at UCLA: Mathew Rosenthal, founder of Prevent Hate, showed how two groups of adversaries could come together for a day and build a house in six hours. Furthermore, the simple house (plumbing not included) promises hope of shelter for a developing world in dire need of basic necessities.
"Our Witness Humanity program curriculum teaches enemies, rivals and adversaries how to reevaluate each other as humane by getting them to work together on a project, such as building houses or clean up water," Rosenthal said.
His group's Witness Humanity program is a certified curriculum in "sustainable development," with tandem goals of bringing lasting solutions to peoples in dire need of basic requirements for survival, and building bridges between groups in conflict...
