I am 30, my name is Brian for those of you who do not/did not know.
I am married to the smartest, kindest, and most beautiful person that I know and owe a lot of who I am and what I have accomplished to her unwavering influence of light and joy in my life.
I think that faith is an important part of our lives, not religion but faith. The two can be mutual, exclusive, or not and that is your choice, I have chose to mash them together at times. I feel that all religions are inherently the same one and have merely been applied to the separate individuals who practice them.
I believe it is important to bear witness to the world around us, because it helps to define the person that we have shaped ourselves to be. I have lived on 3 continents and been in 3 oceans. The celestial bodies separate from Gaia, Luna, and Sol that I have bore witness to personally are: Haley's Comet, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and the Milky Way.
I like to investigate things to know them; I am a virtual storehouse for useless information, but it all becomes useful eventually. I like to know what my foods and drinks are made of and often I can consume them regardless of the truth, because they are tasty treats.
I am a teacher by trade, I graduated from BGSU in 2007 and it was about fricken time because I certainly am not getting younger, and I have a lot of plans. Kristy and I are in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. We left in June of 2008! We want to do a bit to help save the world. Every bit helps and we would like to do our part.

holy crap that is a stupid amount..like people just have that kind of money..and like they wont fill the apartment..I dont understand those rules when it comes to the leases. Thank you for your thoughts and concern. We have been evacuated from our site and are still living in a hotel room about three hours north of our home. Tomorrow morning we have a meeting with some officials to see what is going to happen. Right now our hope is to return to Chengxian on Saturday morning, but we are awaiting approval before that can happen.
We are safe and doing okay. Nights have been a little rough, but I think with time that will improve...it will just take time.
