I am a singer, song writer. I am doing what I love most: touching people's lives. I am an artist who chooses to place the spotlight on messages in lyrics which I back up playing melodies and simplistic arrangements ..board. I am a self taught musician, learned at an early age how to play the keyboard and piano, writing my first song at the age of eight, a song which I still perform. I am determined to leave this "gift" of love for the entire world to share, a gift that I know is my purpose for living. Musically I have been inspired from an eclectic group of styles ranging from R&B to folk. I choose not to categorize my music, except to call it "a bit of everything " and once you hear it you will understand why. It can truly fit anywhere. My music is as diverse as my fan base. People of all cultures, ages, and race make up my audience. As an independent artist my debut release "Magically Made" has been received with great reviews and has sold thousands of units in a little over a year. I wrote music for television and radio. I am very active in the community and do a lot of work for charities, donating my music and time to help make a difference. I am trying to be a force of inspiration for everyone. In 1999 I released my first motivational project, "Lessons I've Learned", which is a spoken word, inspirational tape. It has led me to do public speaking events as well as doing my own lectures based on the tape "Lessons I've Learned." In the fall of 2000 I released two other major projects. My sophomore CD titled "Sunny Day Love," was realeased in late fall 2000. I have written a book titled "Today is the Best Day of My Life," a book that is truly a message of hope and how to get the best out of life. It was published and released also in late fall 2000. My goal is to touch lives, to share, to teach, to help. My name will be easy to remember, and hopefully my music will be hard to forget. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some Terry Prince Facts : "Magically Made," his 1998 independent debut album has been received and has independently been selling all over the world. Terry Prince co-wrote "To Belong," the theme song for Camp to Belong, which is a national camp, that reunites siblings in foster care. A single titled "Sam's Song," which he wrote has served as a camp fundraiser for Camp to Belong. Terry Prince released a single "Still I Try" that has raised thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas, a non-profit organization. Terry Prince is the songwriter of "Your Change Is Near," theme song for the international motivational speaker, life coach, and best selling author Marshal Sylver's hit radio show, "Get Real." Terry Prince wrote "Tiny Miracles," which is currently playing as the lead in song for the televised cable talk show, "Navigating Independence." Terry Prince was selected to be the performing headliner for Las Vegas Pride 1999, performing for over 5000 people. In January 2000, he signed a one-year contract with Harrah's Entertainment being allowed to perform his original music, on the Las Vegas Strip, a feat accomplished by few, other than major artists.
