Pristeen are a Liverpool based 5 piece who write and perform songs about people’s lives through the thoughts of the people living them. If you like your songs melodic, poignant but with an edge, they may be the band for you.

They have played and headlined Liverpool’s most respected venues (including Liverpool’s Cavern Club, Zanzibar, Barfly, Magnet and Academy) as well as playing all over the country (Manchester’s Late Lounge and Life Café, Brighton’s Pressure Point, Sheffield’s The Boardwalk). Their recent barnstorming performance in New York’s International Pop Overthrow Festival, USA, reaped audience and critical praise and is a testament to their growing confidence and stunning live performances. They were also brought to the attention of Legendary Singer/Songwriter, Ray Davies from The Kinks, who helped mould the bands songwriting; combining their beautiful and personal lyrics with their joyful and epic melodies.

They have recently recorded their first EP “Always and Never”, layered with soaring vocals, boisterous and brooding guitars, stirring soulful bass lines, powerful percussion and sublime harmonies.

The EP is released later this year accompanied by a string of dates around the country.
