About me:
NARAL Pro-Choice California is the political arm of the pro-choice movement. We educate voters about reproductive rights in California. We provide resources and information for voters who want to support pro-choice legislation and elect pro-choice legislators.
NARAL Pro-Choice California is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 that works to develop and sustain a constituency that uses the political process to guarantee every woman the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.
California's nationwide influence is unquestioned; maintaining the state's strong pro-choice orientation is a national priority. NARAL Pro-Choice California works on both the state and national levels to protect and defend a woman's right to choose.

Recently, California Secretary of State Debra Bowen announced
that the initiative to pass a constitutional amendment to ban
marriage for same-sex couples in California has qualified for
the November ballot. The initiative would amend the California
constitution to only recognize marriages "between a man and a
woman."
I hope you'll join me and Vow To Vote No on the statewide ballot
initiative to amend the California constitution to ban marriage

First we want to say thank you for your support and awareness on this very important issue for it is an issue that touches and affects each one of us.
You will be hearing much more from us as we move forward with this campaign. We are currently prioritizing the need for healthcare insurance for the women and children of America. We are reaching out to the community, asking that the community as well, communicate this issue of healthcare for women and children to everyone that they feel understands the issue and priority of healthcare for women and children.
We ask that individuals and communities get involved to support comprehensive healthcare for women and children.
We encourage everyone to communicate to the candidates running for national office (Congress and the White House) that we will support and vote for a common sense plan for national healthcare insurance for the women and children of America.
