_____History of Professional Drycleaner Shortfilm Production (คณะยอดเซียนซักแห้ง)

_____In 2003, Nathan Homsup and Dhan Lhaow (who have been knowing each other since school ) called old friends from school to do short film project for fun . Although that film has never finished, but they have learned a lot from that experience .So after that, They found The "Professional Drycleaner Shortfilm Production"

_____First, they started the film "Sumpe"( which is a part of the Trilogy; Sumpe , Tote' , Komgrich&Surawee ) In 2004, "Sumpe" was nominated for White Elephant Award at the 9th Thai short film and video festival. And "Kajornpong Bunturngsuk (who played Sumpe)" was nominated for the best actor. Since then he became a cult idol for Thai short film society.

_____Since the success of "Sumpe," Professional Drycleaner became more famous. Some critic called them "Cult" "Weird-Comedy" which were somethings rare to find in Thai short films.

_____Professional Drycleaner's films are usually about freaky worlds that don't exist , a lot of weird scenes, a lot of stupid conversations with a lot of dirty words, an actor often played more than one role ,the productions have always been low-budget, and Kajornpong Bunturngsuk usually did the lead role ,

_____In 2005-2006 . They Made 3 films , Texas Somyot Massacre Trilogy. Unfortunally It was failed. It didn't even pass the first round of 10th thai short film and video festival. But later on, it became more popular on Internet.

_____In 2006 they made documentary about The Boy (Kajonpong Bunturngsuk) who can make slurypy (in 7-11) very very high. And in 2007 they putted it on internet(youtube). This film called "Slurpy Boy". (This film is also an 115th Dogme95 Certificate)

_____and In 2007 The 77 minutes version of Texas Somyot Massacre Trilogy (infact it is 3 films mixed together )was selected in Digital Forum Festvival and screened in EGV grand Siamdiscover theatre, with the film "Slurpy Boy". Since then Professional Drycleaner became well known by thatshortfilm fan.

_____Plus, the film "Citizen Quayd" got reviewed on the Bioscope Magazine's Fuse (with Texas Somyot Massacre trilogy )

_____At the same time . Nathan Homsup's side project, a hardcore dirty comedy animation, called "Panda" won 3rd Place for Payut Ngaokrachang Award in 11th Thai short film and video Festival, and was selected for F.a.t. Festival 7 short film screening.

_____In November 2007. Nathan Homsup and Dhan Lhaow started an idea about internet online series. The series called "The Kumpany" with 9 episodes.

_____The Kumpany is about a Hitman society; there are mafias , gunmen , and politicians. This film is a dark comedy movie.

_____2008, Censorshit Part III is going to screen in November.

______ProDry also did a commercial (Akiba comic store), music video (fpt the band, "Mheenoi", "GIS", "Bakkutteh boy"), and video presentation

______And they has also worked on other production's project, such as, a short film, "Ma-Hing Man" (Nathan Homsup and Dhan Lhaow played in).

_____PS.The names "Professinonal Drycleaner" came from the real drycleaner near the place that they have lunch while shooting a film 'TOTE''
