Welcome to my page. My name is Professir X AKA Hung Gar AKA Richard. For 22 years I had to learn and adjust to living with a Spinal Cord Injury after getting shot in my neck. In 2004 family and friends who have been there for me helped me begin a library of educational videos to help others learn what life will be like in a wheelchair. We made a few productions and as we wanted to focus on creating more. Advocate and humanitarian Christopher ''Superman'' Reeve , suddenly passed away and I felt I had to do something to honor his legacy. I wrote a song called Forever Superman. The song once shared around other SCI people became the beginning of even a much more higher purpose.



I was invited to Washington, DC to sing the song in front of his wife and many other advocates, politicians and people with spinal cord injuries. My life changed even more after seeing tears on the face of Dana Reeve. Becoming an advocate and doing more to help get laws and bills passed became my passion. So my family and friends once again stood by my side to get involved intopolitics . I then wrote more songs and we made my first CD, A Soldier for Cure. Throughout our work, we have worked along side many other celebrity advocates and supporters. With a list of actors and politicians such as, MichaelJ Fox, Daryl Mitchell, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Governors Corzine and Richard Cody , Susan Sarandon, the star of the movie Kung Fu Hustle, Dr. Wise Young and many more well known figures in the quest for a cure.



Although we have our own Nonprofit Organization, I BELIEVE INC. I continue to demonstrate partnering to bring awareness and unity with other nonprofit's. Boris Kodjoe And Nicole Ari Parker of Sophie's Voice, The NSCIA 'National Spinal Cord Injury Association'', The Christopher and Dana Reeve resource center , the WM Keck Center and many others are friends and partners in this mission to help others.



Long time friend and partner that has been there with me for this purpose has stood by my side endlessly every time it was possible to be. Although we live distant lives of our own, there's not a moment she will hesitate to continue being my family. Throughout the years there hasn't been another friend and family like her.
