A Profetika é uma banda de Thrash Metal formada na cidade de Macapá – AP em 2008 e conta com quatro (4) integrantes sendo alguns deles músicos que já passaram por bandas reconhecidas no Estado e atuado como free-lancer ao lado de artistas como Soraya Moraes (vencedora do Grammy Latino 2008 em três categorias).
Mesmo com pouco tempo de formação já se apresentou em eventos como a Marcha pra Jesus (evento reconhecido nacionalmente), Cristian Metal Rock Zona Norte, Festival Quebramar de Música Independente 2008 e 2009, Grito Rock Amapá, Expo-feira Agropecuária do Amapá e abriu o Show do Grupo Apocalipse 16, a banda é um dos membros fundadores da ACIAP (Associação de Cultura Independente do Amapá), associação essa que através do Coletivo Palafita que é interligado ao circuito Fora do Eixo vem contribuindo significativamente para o crescimento da cena independente local, através de workshops, mostras, eventos de médio e grande porte com a participação de nomes reconhecidos nacional e internacionalmente, etc. também participa do Movimento Liberdade ao Rock que vem ganhando projeção e acontece no último sábado de cada mês na Praça da Bandeira em Macapá, projeto esse que visa divulgar as bandas independentes de rock da cidade.
A participação em projetos como o Liberdade ao Rock e Coletivo Palafita mostra que mesmo a banda sendo reconhecidamente cristã, ou seja, que conta com integrantes cristãos e/ou evangélicos não é apegada a rótulos e procura falar em suas composições de assuntos que fazem parte da vida de todas as pessoas.

The Profetika is a thrash metal band formed in Macapá - AP in 2008 and has four (4) members and some musicians who've had bands recognized in the state and worked as a freelance alongside artists such as Soraya Moraes (winner of the 2008 Latin Grammy Awards in three categories).
Even with little training time has performed at events like the March for Jesus (nationally recognized event), Cristian Metal Rock Area North Jetty Festival of Independent Music in 2008 and 2009 Grito Rock Amapá, Agricultural Expo Tuesday of Amapá and opened the Show of the Revelation 16, the band is a founding member of ACIAP (Association of Independent Culture of Amapá), an association which through the Collective Palafita that is connected to the circuit Off-Axis has contributed significantly to the growth of the local independent scene, through workshops, exhibitions, events of medium and large with the participation of names recognized nationally and internationally, etc.. also participates in the Freedom Movement of Rock that has been gaining projection and happens the last Saturday of each month at the Flag Square in Macapa, this project aimed at spreading the independent rock bands in town.
Participation in projects like the Rock and Freedom Collective Palafita shows that even the band is known to Christian, that is, which has members and Christians or evangelicals is not attached to labels and attempt to speak in his compositions of matters that are part of life of all people.
