a1 Alma 06:52 a2 Alma (Peter Grummich Remix) 07:29 b1 Si 08:01
Seiiza is the brainchild of Joy De La Rosa and Cliff Law. Both are super-talented DJs and have now made
their first steps to the next level. We‘ve met them at Amsterdam Dance Event last year and became close
friends very soon. After listening to their first demos we decided to do this nice debut 12-inch.
While “Alma“ rolls in as a real tight rhythmic track with a male spanish spoken word, Peter Grummich‘s
Remix is putting the focus on the bass and the sub-section, though keeping the vibe of the original. Both
are absolutely stunning and get a matching part on the flipside in forms of “Si”. A simple, but super effective
organ pattern works the floor from the very first second, pairing with another synth in the breaks to a huge
open up and a final ride on the beat. A hugely brilliant debut.
a Original Mix 06:00 aa1 Markus Fix In The Shell Remix 08:52 aa2 Fimo Remix 07:10
This project took over a year to get its official release. The Original Mix already circled around the scene last
summer… - a lot of DJs requested this track on our myspace page. Well, good things take time and finally
it‘s done.
After his debut EP on Trax in 2007, it was a pleasure to have a follow up by our italian friend Limo aka
Giovanni Limongelli. To complete this release we asked Markus Fix (Cecille/Be Chosen) and FIMO
(Diaphan/ProgCity Deep Trax) to do their re-interpretation.
Enjoy this great package of three massive mixes for this mystic titled track called Art3d.
a1 Great Heron 06:32 a2 Kamilla Dee 07:09 b Great Heron (Peter Grummich Liquid Room Mix) 09:05
Two stunning techy deep house gems. Warm pads combined with breathtaking synths, filled with pure
crispy grooves. Following their huge success on Meerestief, we‘re proud to have Lucy & Rone on board.
Both have been in the scene for quite a few years, they had tracks and features on labels like Curle and
Broque.
Great Heron and Kamilla Dee came in as demos on Soundcloud and we signed them straight away after
the first listening! We were even more happy when Peter Grummich agreed to do a remix. The proverbial
deepness of his productions constantly gets the floors into rapturous body-rolling.
a Pollenflug 08:57 aa1 Casa Da Musica 08:10 aa2 Endless Ride 07:39
FIMO is the project of three guys from the music city of Mannheim. Each of them has a variety of
musical roots, which in combination developed to an ambitious and productive trio. The
influences are ranging from Deep House enriched with jazzy and dubby elements to minimal
groovy tunes. These guys have been musically active in the Rhein/Neckar region for many years.
With the Pollenflug EP they present their first release and allow for a small view on their
interpretation of electronic music. Besides DJing and studio work, FIMO are currently working on
their live performance. The EP already got huge support from Loco Dice, Ray Okpara, Johnny D,
Nekes, Federico Molinari!
With influences that range from the bells of Mike Oldfield to the beats of Jeff Mills, the depths of James Holden to the drive of Josh wink, its Yellow's signature blend of hypnotic techno and deephouse that he is respected for. With both drive and melancholic strains apparent in his works, Yellow is a master at weaving melodies and grooves that continue to hypnotize and energize over the course of a night.
All these influences culminate in this 13 minutes voyage of "Les Rym De Zoe" and its more dj friendly edit. Yellow takes advantage in the Original Mix, drawing out the intro for 5 minutes before dropping the beats. An overwhelming bassline twirls up from the beginning accompanied by sweet bell melodies and beautiful warm pads before the madness starts. If you don't like intros, have fun with the flipside.
Peter Grummich (Kompakt/Shitkatapult/Mule Electronics/Karloff... ) comes up with his debut on ProgCity Deep Trax
with two beautiful cuts. "Mountain" paces into your ears with a deep wobbling groove,
hypnotised by some nice floating synths, flying over the peaks of the hills.
On the flipside Peter shows his other side in form of "Lost", a slice of deep techy, but still warm and typically grummerized sound.
Perfect music for early outdoor parties and neverending clubnites.

a Sven Weisemann Remix 08:17
aa Instrumental 07:33
Tiger Stripes is back on ProgCity Deep Trax' third output. After releases on labels such
as Liebe*Detail, Get Physical, Ibadan, Wave Music and an incredible album debut on
Nite Grooves, he's ready to continue this great musical flow with My Deep Space.
The deep percussive Instrumental blows you away with its hypnotic organic feel on the
flipside, while Mojuba‘s Sven Weisemann plumbs the depth of the intersection between
techno and house with poetic spoken words by Anthony Mills on the A-side. Again this
release will fly out quickly and is destined become another collectors item.
Limo aka Giovanni Limongelli presents the deeper than deep "Boot's Heel EP" on ProgCity Deep Trax Records. First up is "Martina" that is built around a deeply stormin' groove, enriched with wicked keys giving it an irresistible ambient-ish feling. Next is the minimal, very Detroit-ish "Boot beat" that is all about basses and beats, with some electronic synths here and there added. (review by Michael Fossati for Spiritofhouse.com)
a Ghosthunter 08:17
a2 Hunting Tool 04:10 aa Subconscious Dark 07:33
Deep, dark atmospheric moods and strong beats are the order of the day on this EP from Lars Behrenroth. Both tracks are synth led: whilst ‘Subconscious Dark’ is pretty much a mood builder, ‘Ghosthunter’ is absolutely striking. The haunting synths give the track a distinct vibe that really hits the spot. It's not what I normally go for but this has certainly got my attention big style.
