Graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a focus on Food & Beverage. Worked in Food & Beverage/Nightlife Management since graduating in 2000. Received the Introductory Level Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. BarSmarts Wired Certified. Graduated SWS Academy of Spirits, Mixology & Fine Service. Recognized as a Spirits Professional by the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild, Nevada Chapter). Worked as a Adjunct Bartending Instructor for CSN, Cheyenne. Beverage Shift Manager at the Las Vegas Hilton, Paris Las Vegas and the Rio. Currently employed at the Red Rock Casino.Resort.Spa as an Assistant Banquet Manager. Currently employed by GreenBar Collective as a flex team leader, spirits + education. I have a passion for anything related to the Food and Beverage Industry. Mark was recently featured in the Las Vegas Weekly creating Rock n Roll Wines signature cocktail the "Reggae Sunsplash" for the Reggae Pool Party held at the M Resort. Mark recently won the Las Vegas Regional 42 Below Cocktail World Cup 2011. Mark won 3rd place in the Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey competition 2011. Mark won Patron's GreenMarket challenge for the best Farmers Market Cocktail. Mark placed 3rd in the Leblon "Muddle, Shake, Pour" competition held at SushiSamba at the Palazzo 2009. Mark placed 2nd place in Effen vodka's "The Art of Design" competition 2010. Mark was also a contestant in the Bombay Sapphire "Most Inspired Bartender 2009" and a finalist in 2010, Ultimate Cocktail for a Cure 2009, Tales of the Cocktail's Planters Punch, Pinky's Vodka, Don Q rum, Karlsson's Gold, True Blood, Ambhar, and Bonefish Grille's "Search for the best cocktail using a new spirit" competitions. EMILIO "Energy" TIBURCIO: Co-Owner / Mixologist, Hailing from Londrina, Brasil. Graduated with a bachelors degree in Aeronotical Science from the Universidade Tuiuti do Parana' UTP, Brazil. Previously worked for the State of Parana and Palco 1 productions as a producer for concerts and shows in Curitiba, Brazil. Attended pilot school at the Long Beach Airport. Moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and begin working in the Food & Beverage Industry as a Bartender. Member of the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild, Nevada Chapter). Currently a volunteer pilot for the Las Vegas Civil Air Patrol. Currently a Mixologist for Fusion Latin Mixology Bar at the Palazzo, Las Vegas. Premier Mixologist for Dress the Drink, Mixologist for TravelsinTaste.com and a Bartender for Red Rock Casino.Resort.Spa and Station Casinos. Las Vegas finalist for the Hendricks Gin cocktail and limerick competition. Emilio won the Amarula Experiment cocktail competition at Tales of the Cocktail 2010. Hailing from Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. With over 15 years of experience in the Beverage Industry. 1st Place Gran Gala Shakedown competition 2010. "The Booze Mafioso" was a finalist for the Domaine de Canton Bartender of the Year competition in St Martin 2008. 2nd place in Las Vegas's Bombay Sapphire/GQ magazine for "Most Inspirational Bartender" 2008. 2nd place in Travel and Leisure Beverage Arts Challenge 2008. 2nd Place in Effen vodka's "The Art of Design" competition 2010. "The Booze Mafioso" was a finalist in the Shake it Competition at the Nightclub & Bar Convention 2009. "The Booze Mafioso" was selected to attend the Gran Marnier & Navan Mixology Summit in Vail, Colorado. "The Booze Mafioso" also conducted the Creative Mixology seminar and Spirited Dinner at the Palace Cafe at the Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans, 2009, and the Competitive Mixology: Making Competitions Profitable at the Nightclub & Bar Convention 2010.
"The Booze Mafioso" developed the first sake mixology bar at Sushi Avenue in the Santa Fe Hotel and Casino. "the Booze Mafioso" is also a contestant in the following competitions: Leblon's "Muddle, Shake, Pour", Bombay Sapphire "Most Inspired Bartender" 2009, and finalist in 2010, San Francisco Food Wine Green Cocktail Event, Dekuyper Mix Masters, Ultimate Cocktail for a Cure 2009, Cuca Fresca "Shake Your Way to Brazil" cocktail competition, Jose Cuervo Margarita Festival, Le Bar St. Germain Cocktail Competition, Amarula Experience, 42 Below World Cup, Don Q, Milagro, Yellow Tail, & Barritts Ginger Beer cocktail competitions. 1/2 oz X Rated Liqueur
1 oz Sence Rose Nectar
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Mist of Rose Flower Water
Garnish: Pink Rose Petal with Argento Fino Edible Silver
1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass
2. Fill mixing glass with ice
3. Combine mixing glass with tin to make Boston Shaker
4. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass
5. Mist with Rose Flower Water
6. Place pink rose petal on rim of glass and sprinkle with Argento Fino
7. Enjoy

Perfect Pair
1 1/2 oz Absolut Pears
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
half of a skinned pear cut into pieces
Garnished: pear slice
1. Place pieces of skinned pear into mixing glass
2. Pour Simple Syrup and Fresh Lime Juice into mixing glass
3. Muddle ingredients into a pulp
4. Add Absolut Pears, Cointreau and Orange Bitters
5. Fill mixing glass up with ice
6. Combine mixing glass with tin to make Boston Shaker
7. Shake
8. Double strain into cocktail glass
9. Garnsih with a pear slice
10. Enjoy
Perfect Cocktail for a marriage between husband and wife.

1/2 oz Fruit Lab Citry Organic Orange Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Minneola Tangelo Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
1 oz Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne
Garnish: Minneola Tangelo Spiral
1. Place all ingredients except for Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne into mixing glass.
2. Fill mixing glass with ice and combine with tin to make Boston Shaker.
3. Shake and strain into Champagne flute
4. Top off with Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne
5. Place Minneola Tangelo Spiral into champagne flute
6. Enjoy
