About me:

Baseball Evaluation.com, or Stat Geek Baseball, but no matter which name you call us, this is the official Myspace site of baseballevaluation.com, and our seven year study (over 5,000 hours of research to come up with a system that rates every player in history the way real baseball values them) on baseball and its best players. We're all about the game of baseball; the statistics, the history, the players, and how they rank in history. Baseball Evaluation is also about projections, including salary projections, and a whole lot more. The project now has player grades for every player and every year in history, from 1871 to today. There are best ever lists for pitchers, for hitters, by season, and by career. If you've ever wondered who had the best season ever for your beloved Yankees, or Red Sox, or Los Angeles Dodger, check us out! We'd appreciate you looking around. There are 1.9 million new baseball statistics created by BE to look through. Always need a good amount of clicks to move up those google rankings. And yes, as you can already guess, I am a numbers guy with a numbers background, with apparently too much time on his hands. And no, I don't look quite like the guys from the Big Bang Theory, or Tim Kirkjian, but that was a good guess. Funny guys, though. Ah, Big Bang, not Tim.

We've got a lot of new stuff now and on the way, including Best Batting Postseasons Ever, the Stat Geek Baaeball Blog, and more.

What Does Stat Geek Baseball and Baseball Evaluation Do?
The Baseball BE project paints the history of baseball number by number.
Baseball Evaluation is one part of the Evolution of Baseball Stats from Doubleday to Eternity.
It creates over 1.9 million new baseball statistics, including PEVA,
a Baseball Grade for every player in every season of the game.
Shows the world the Stat Geek Baseball way to compare Baseball Stats one era to the next, putting Babe, Bonds, and Bagwell in perspective.

We Need Your Help!
To move up Google's rankings, we need clicks. Please visit baseballevaluation.com and look around the site. Every click helps!

I totally agree about Curt deserving to be in the Hall. When he was healthy, his numbers were amazing and he probably would have been around 300 wins if it weren't for all the injuries. Phenominal strikeout to walk ratio in those peak years and of course the amazing post season record! And that's coming from a Yankee fan. I also think he was and still is, a great guy off the field who tells it like it is. I've frequently checked out his web site for always interesting comments.

TOO MANY OFFENSIVE ADDITIONS... Giambi, Holliday, Nomar, Cabrera... now Crosby and Barton cant even be backups... i think Cabrera was a smart move incase Ellis or Chavez got hurt.. but Crosby can't even be a backup because of Nomar... and Barton is also being benched as well. We need Starting Pitching... and we didn't do anything for the rotation.
